Modification of client information.

Clients may modify their personal information by submitting a support ticket to make the request. Clients can also use their billing system account to change client information.

Domain name clients, who have registered a domain name through MMSHosting: changes to Administrative, Billing, and Technical contact information can be submitted to MMSHosting through the support ticket system or in cases where MMSHosting has provided the client with full access to their domain account by sending them their own username and password, through the domain registrar. It is important to note that client domain name registration information is made publicly available in the registry of domain names. In the event you lose your domain registration password, please request the password via domain registration support.

What about privacy on sites that MMSHosting links to?

MMSHosting may provide links to its partners and other Internet sites. These sites have separate data and privacy practices independent of MMSHosting, and MMSHosting disclaims any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.

Disclosure of client information and communications

MMSHosting will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm MMSHosting, its clients or third parties. The grounds on which MMSHosting may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of MMSHosting's Acceptable Use Policy.
