The order procedure consists of several steps to gather the required information. You will be able to exit at any time up and until you authorize the payment through the payment processor you selected. Please be sure to fully complete the order steps to insure that your order is received and processed correctly. The final step will take you to our order acknowledgement page, which confirms and completes your order.

Your account will be activated following payment confirmation and the verification of the information you provided. This normally is completed within 24 hours.

The following steps outline the sign up procedure:

  • Domain selection; new or existing
  • Package selection
  • Contact information
  • Order verification
  • Order summary
  • Payment processor order verification
  • Payment confirmation
  • Order acknowledgement

Following the completion of the order process, several pieces of correspondence will be emailed to the email address supplied with your order. If the email address is in error, these important information items will not be received. The first of these emails should arrive within minutes of placing your order:

  • Order confirmation
  • Payment confirmation from the payment processor
  • Invoice for your order - paid
  • Sign-up welcome email with account details.

The welcome email will be sent following order review and account setup. If we have any questions, we will contact you to resolve them. The Welcome email may take up to 24 hours to receive.
